Steffani joined RLAW in 2016 after spending the first 20 years of her legal career as a commercial litigator in a downtown Boston law firm. Steffani’s practice is focused in all areas of commercial transactional work, including commercial leasing, business formation and strategies, corporate structuring, acquisition and disposition of existing business entities, franchise agreements, and licensing law. She has successfully represented numerous clients in all sectors of the alcoholic beverages and hospitality industries, including on-premise and off-premise state and local licenses. Current and former clients range from international hotel chains, national franchisors, real estate developers, and large commercial landowners. Steffani also has a robust residential real estate practice, representing buyers and sellers in their purchases, sales and financing of their homes.
